Glassette is coming to town! The House of Glassette opens in iconic department store, Selfridges London this Monday 29th October. This is the first time you’ll be able to shop your favourite Glassette products in real life. We’ll be there throughout the festive season, bringing you the very best in homeware and lifestyle gifts for everyone on your list. Expect a lot of colour, joy and weekly gift shopping advice & edits from our Co-Founder Laura Jackson. We hope you come and visit us and enjoy seeing, for the first time ever, all the Glassette product in real life! Put the date in your diaries and come say hello!
ABOUT THE SPACE
The House of Glassette is our first physical interpretation of Glassette as a brand. In this corner of Selfridges, in the heart of London's Oxford Street, we wanted to bring you a feeling of what it would like to come over to our house. The space is cosy, bold & playful. We have brought to life the things that inspire us: a warm, bold and playful colour palette that speaks to our ideal kitchen design, taking reference from the bold colour blocked kitchens of the 50s& 60s. We have created mini tableaus, giving a sense of what it’s like to have a life well lived with our Glassette objects: a giant kitchen island skirted in sumptuous red wine & vanilla striped bistro curtains, made by our friends at Colours of Arley, showcasing the very best in tableware & glassware.
WHAT TO EXPECT
An assortment of your favourite Glassette objects from bestselling brands Lucy Mahon, David Perry, Woven Rosa, Late Afternoon & Stoff Studios. Plus sell-out, cult pieces from ceramicist Meredith Adams, kitchen knife-makers All Day Goods & our very own bistro glasses, The Frenchettes.
We’ve curated products with gifting in mind, from £12 striped sunshine cups from Woven Rosa to checkerboard sheepskin hot water bottles from Boccacini. You’ll find luxury lamps from artful lamp-makers Pulp Sculptuur & Hannah Simpson Studio and rainbow coloured glassware for dinner parties and cocktail toasts.
