Brand Partnerships Executive

    Full-time | East London (hybrid)

    Salary | 27-33k (based on experience with performance-based bonus)

    THE ROLE

    The Brand Partnerships Executive supports Glassette’s growing brand partnership and affiliate programmes, with a focus on driving revenue, fostering lasting relationships, and connecting with brands that share our values.

    This role involves the day-to-day administrative and operational management of Glassette’s directory of brand partners, from initial outreach and onboarding, to product uploads and value tracking. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, enjoys both administrative and analytical work, and communicates with confidence and warmth across a diverse range of partners. They will have a deep understanding of interiors and lifestyle brands and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing ideas and inspiration with the team.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Directory Brand Partnerships

    • Build and maintain a pipeline of directory brand partners, meeting monthly sales targets and qualifying leads that align with Glassette’s values.
    • Schedule and coordinate sales calls with prospective brands, managing brand communications and follow-ups to achieve conversion.
    • Day-to-day point of contact with directory brand partners as part of the brand partnerships team, assisting partners with ad-hoc queries, product uploads, press requests and other misc. support as needed so they see immediate value from working with Glassette.
    • Track and monitor brand value across all key touchpoints – social, editorial, newsletter, click-throughs etc.
    • Collaborate with Marketing team to identify opportunities for brand partners’ inclusion.
    • Develop and deliver reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Work with the Marketing and Content team to call in products for shoots and suggest products for edits and content opportunities.
    • Create and manage regular newsletters to Glassette’s brand partnership community.
    • Work closely with the Senior Brand Partnerships Manager, being proactive in highlighting any new prospective brands and affiliates, opportunities the brands team can be taking, and adding new products and ranges from current brands.

    Affiliate Partnerships

    • Work with your colleagues in the Brand Partnerships team to develop and build the presence of affiliate brands on Glassette, aiming for a monthly revenue target.

    Platform Support

    • Work with the Brand Partnerships team on tagging and categorising products.
    • Edit images to Glassette’s web spec as required.

    Team Leadership

    • Manage the Brand Partnerships intern.

    ABOUT YOU

    • At least 2 years’ experience in a buying, sales or partnerships role.
    • Loves Glassette and what we stand for as a business.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • A passion for process and streamlining administrative tasks
    • Experience in building and maintaining a monthly sales pipeline and working towards a target.
    • Familiarity with affiliate networks such as Skimlinks.
    • Slick and effective organisation skills, the ability to stay agile and consistent
      across multiple tasks at the same time.
    • Fascinated by lifestyle, culture, and great design.
    • Enthusiasm is paramount! We are looking for someone who strives for
      excellence in every aspect of their work.
    • Obsessed with detail and consistency - always works to a high standard and double-checks their own work.
    • Self motivated but loves working as part of a small team and is ready to get stuck in with no task too small.
