Future Château was founded by Tom Benn out of a pandemic-era ritual: an every-night glass of wine that he missed once life went back to normal. Rather than turning to dealcoholised low-and-no wine, Tom spent six years searching vineyards across Kent, Bordeaux, Burgundy and Stellenbosch to revive an old winemaking style that predates today's 11–15% norm, eventually landing in Northern Victoria, Australia, whose dramatic climate suits it best. The result is a naturally lighter wine, delicious and ancient in style, made for daily drinking rather than daily restraint.
