Buying and Brand Acquisition Executive

Full-time | London Fields, East London (Hybrid)

    Salary: £29–32k (dependent on experience)

    ABOUT GLASSETTE

Glassette is a content-led retail media platform. We curate the best in interiors, food, travel and culture, with a high-low sensibility and an editorial edge. Our audience comes for more than just shopping. They come for taste, for thoughtful curation, for brands that reflect their values. We turn content into connection and inspiration into action.

    THE ROLE

The Buying and Brand Acquisition Executive plays a key role in supporting Glassette’s buying, commercial and brand acquisition activity. Reporting into the Buying and Brand Acquisition Manager, this role sits at the intersection of acquiring new brands, curating product ranges and working closely with the Marketing team to help build brand growth.

This role requires strong organisation, accuracy and attention to detail, alongside a commercial mindset and a genuine interest in brands and products. You’ll enjoy working with multiple stakeholders, supporting sales activity, and helping to clearly communicate who Glassette is and the value we offer to brand partners.

You will support the full buying and brand acquisition lifecycle - from researching and pitching Glassette to prospective brands, onboarding brand partners, supporting commercial discussions, uploading products, managing samples for shoots and content, and tracking brand visibility across marketing and editorial activity.

    • Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to organise samples for shoots and campaigns.

    Marketing, Brand Visibility & Collaboration

    • Maintain and update the brand value tracker, monitoring where and how brand partners are featured across marketing, editorial, newsletters, social and onsite placements.
    • Work closely with the Marketing team, contributing ideas and suggesting brands and products for upcoming opportunities, including editorial shoots, newsletters, product edits and homepage features.
    • Use insights from tracking to help support balanced, strategic brand exposure and growth.

    Reporting & Team Support

    • Assist with internal and external reporting on brand partner activity, product performance, sample usage and marketing visibility.
    • Support the wider commercial team with ad-hoc admin and coordination tasks.
