Previously known as Jabberwocky and Brothers, our Seasonal Blend is smooth and round-bodied, offering an elegant flavour of lemon tart and Bakewell pudding, with delightful hints of almond, raspberries and sweet pastry.

The resulting blend offers a refreshing and captivating coffee experience. It shows a delightful collection of flavours, including fruity, caramel, chocolate, and citrus notes, ensuring a truly unique and harmonious coffee experience.

Balancing citrus with a creamy sweetness, this is like a lemon puff biscuit – but given a lemon & lime twist. A delicate caramel sweetness comes through on the aftertaste for a distinctive but balanced flavour profile.

Recommended Brew Recipe Dose: 18g Time: 30-34 seconds Yield: 36g (we recommend this as a starting point that we enjoy, tweak to personal taste)

Roasting Information Medium: take the coffee through first crack and into the gap, keeping things fairly quick, but dropping just as you reach second crack.

Resting Recommendation: We recommend a minimum 7-day rest after the date of roasting before brewing this coffee as espresso, but there's a lot of personal preference in that. So, by all means, please brew whenever you like!
