This exquisitely crafted deep scoop ladle features a unique scalloped design on the back, which stands out beautifully when used with soups, stews and curries. You could even use it to serve a fruit punch!
The deep scoop allows for generous servings and the long tactile handle makes it a practical kitchen tool. Featuring a harmonious blend of modern design with traditional artistry, this wooden ladle will look just as good serving with as it will in your utensil drawer. Although we think it is too beautiful to keep inside a drawer and would be perfect as a decorative piece in the kitchen when not in use.
We work directly with our group of wood carvers who are renowned for their craftsmanship, a skill passed down for generations from father to son.

Material: African Blackwood
Although the wood is called African Blackwood, it can sometimes have a unique two-toned natural grain which looks beautiful.
Size: Length 29cm | Diameter of scoop 8cm | Depth of scoop 4cm
Care: Hand wash in lukewarm water and dry fully. Do not put in the dishwasher or leave soaking. Use food safe mineral oil when required to revive the natural finish of the wood.
