Villa Bologna Pottery

Founded in 1924, Villa Bologna is one of the oldest ceramic workshops on the Mediterranean island of Malta. Villa Bologna Pottery has been producing ceramics for almost 100 years and over the decades has created many iconic pieces, such as the Glug-Glug Jug and Pineapple lamp. Every piece of earthenware produced is cast, finished and painted by hand. With a rich archive of Mediterranean design spanning the last century, and carefully honed production techniques, Villa Bologna produces elegant designs and motifs.
