Founded by Gemma, Seed Folk grew out of her family's own journey with an allotment, a leap of faith taken without any gardening experience, that led to two flourishing plots brimming with a variety of fruits and vegetables. The brand is on a mission to help as many households as possible cultivate fresh fruits, herbs, and vegetables from their balconies or gardens. Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just dipping your toes into it, their Grow Boxes come fully equipped with all the necessary tools and guidance to set you on your exciting journey.

DJ Maida (@maidatouch) knows Munich by its record shops, its creative scene and its late bars. We followed her across the city, from the matcha bar she starts the day in to the bar at The Dean, where she often practises her sets and which hosts DJ nights of its own. These are the places she keeps going back to, and the ones most visitors walk straight past.
With Magic Capture on Google Pixel 11 Pro, she films her set and pulls the stills out afterwards, so she never has to stop mid-mix for a picture.
Watch Maida’s guide to Munich on Instagram here.

The centrepiece has been demoted. In its place: the salad bouquet, a vase of lettuce or kale arranged stem-down. Little Gem, lola rosa, a wedge of radicchio for colour. Edible flowers are optional, though nobody who has come this far tends to leave them out.

The last warm evenings of the year, and what to do with them. London in late August has a particular quality. The parks are worn thin from three months of use. The light turns amber around seven and the air cools by ten. Almost every outdoor programme in the city is now in its final fortnight, which lends the whole thing a useful urgency. You either go this week or you wait until next May.
Here are 9 ways to spend the evenings that are left, from a floating lido in the Docklands to a car park roof in Peckham.

DJ and gardener Flo Dill (@flollid) invites us into the gentle rhythm of her days - between morning radio shows, sunlit afternoons in the kitchen, and quiet hours at the allotment. In our latest interview, she shares her go-to planting rituals, the bliss of bird-filled silence, proud pea harvests, and the album that’s soundtracking her slow evenings at home.

"This year my idea for giving gifts to my friends & family is to think of the thing that they get most excited about, the everyday ritual they do at home that brings out their most creative self. I’ve curated gifts for the person who treats every morning coffee like a work of art, the zealous home cook, the beginner photographer, the person who always goes the extra mile when you come over for dinner and the colour lover who is always mood-boarding & collecting ideas for their future home. I hope that my approach gives you some clues about how to find the perfect gift for your loved ones this season! We have curated everything you need for everyone on your list on Glassette."
