Mei Studios brings art and objects into one world, treating the print on your wall, the way you set your table, and the spaces you make your own as part of a wider aesthetic of layered living. Founded by Jessica, the brand grew out of a design exploration of growing up between two cultures - a "between" she treats not as a gap but as a space to create from, and where beauty lies. The collections span art, prints and homeware pieces like embroidered napkins, each designed to bring identity and personal history into the everyday objects of a home.

Our weekly Nice Things Edit is a curated Monday round-up of what we’re loving right now. From our favourite pieces on Glassette to a recipe, a watch, a read, a place to visit, a restaurant, and a gift worth bookmarking.
Each week, every member of the Glassette team shares their current favourites, whether that’s new arrivals, pieces we’ve spotted trending, or timeless finds we can’t stop thinking about. Think of it as a weekly dose of joy, discovery, and design inspiration, handpicked by the Glassette team.

Our September Art Kiosk drop is here. Read which frames we'd pair with prints, where we'd hang art, and what's trending in the art world. There's also a mini interview with Rosanna Corfe.

Our Monthly What’s On is a curated round-up of the exhibitions, restaurant openings, residencies and gigs we’re making plans for. From gallery shows and design fairs to new tables worth booking, cultural moments to catch, and the under-the-radar events you’ll wish you’d heard about sooner.
Think of it as your cultural compass for the month ahead: a considered edit of art, food, music and design, chosen to inspire weekends well spent.

What's On In August

These are places where art, design and craft aren't a district or a season, but the whole personality of the place. You probably remember the first museum you visited on a family holiday thanks to a keychain you bought or an artist whose work really resonated with you and transports you back to a particular place. Better yet, the best creative cities aren't always the ones with the biggest museums or the most famous galleries, they're the places where making things is woven into everyday life: where art, design and craft shape the streets, the buildings, the food, the music and the people who live there. Some have spent centuries passing skills from one generation to the next, while others have reinvented themselves through artists, students and makers. Here are some places that do it especially well.

The Most Creative Cities in the World

Finding a gift that feels thoughtful, doesn't break the bank and will actually be used is no easy feat. That's where the Glassette Gift List comes in. Each month, we'll be sharing one carefully considered edit, built around the moments that actually matter. No endless scrolling, no panic buying - just the right things, for the right people, at the right time.
