Created in 2020 as a response to periods of self-isolation during COVID, MAAT began through an understanding of the importance of maintaining a balanced life, for the sake of positive mental and emotional well-being. Recognising the need to keep up daily exercise routines and to practice mindfulness and meditation rituals, MAAT was formed to help inspire wellness, and to bring about a sense of order, balance, and beauty to your life.
