K.S. Creative Pottery makes hand thrown, painted and glazed ceramics in Kent, UK. Founder Kate Sellers, a prop stylist and set designer, works with Staffordshire White stoneware clay and coloured slips to create plates that are meant to be more than just tableware, they are intended to be investment pieces to be enjoyed for years to come. The designs and colours are influenced by Kate’s extensive travels to Sicily, she is committed to showing the maker’s hand and the craftsmanship of working with clay. Each item is unique, a true one of a kind; not perfect and not intended to be.
