Founded in Amsterdam in 1992, &Klevering was built with a simple but joyful ambition - to create colourful, creative home décor, and gifts that cheer up everyday life at home. The brand produces pieces with bold colours, playful on-trend patterns and a constant stream of collaborations with young Dutch designers. Three decades on, they remain one of Amsterdam's most beloved homeware brands, still working out of a renovated factory in Amsterdam-Noord.

The supper club sits somewhere between a dinner party and a restaurant. You eat what you're given, at a time someone else has decided, usually next to people you've never met. What you get in return is a menu nobody had to make commercially viable: a chef testing an idea, a format that would collapse across a full service, food that arrives in the middle of the table because there's no other sensible way to serve it.
The 11 below run out of home kitchens, a decommissioned Victoria line carriage, a 200-year-old cotton mill on the River Goyt and a lakeside restaurant in the Cotswolds. Some seat 32 people four times a year. Some are built on the assumption that you're coming alone. Prices start around £30 and go to £140, and the only constant is that someone else has decided what you're eating.

Our weekly Nice Things Edit is a curated Monday round-up of what we’re loving right now. From our favourite pieces on Glassette to a recipe, a watch, a read, a place to visit, a restaurant, and a gift worth bookmarking.
Each week, every member of the Glassette team shares their current favourites, whether that’s new arrivals, pieces we’ve spotted trending, or timeless finds we can’t stop thinking about. Think of it as a weekly dose of joy, discovery, and design inspiration, handpicked by the Glassette team.

Nice Things This Week

Eurovision is the one night a year when maximum effort is not only acceptable but essentially mandatory, so your party should match the energy. Start with a ballot sheet for every guest, and a snack spread loosely themed around the competing countries. Dress code is sequins or go home. Have a signature cocktail, pick your favourites before the voting opens, and prepare to be completely wrong about who wins. Chaotic, communal, and completely unmissable - exactly as intended.

Hosting a Eurovision Party

For easy, elevated entertaining this season. Think colourful glassware, playful table linens, and effortless serveware that makes even a simple spread feel considered. From sunny garden lunches to last-minute drinks, these are the under-£50 pieces we’ve spotted for hosting in style.

Hosting Finds Under £50

There’s a particular kind of low-level stress that comes from an unorganised pantry. The half-open bag of rice shoved behind the cereal. Three jars of paprika (none of them full). Pasta shapes you don’t remember buying. A rogue stock cube avalanche every time you reach for the olive oil. And yet: the pantry is one of the most powerful spaces in the home. When it’s organised, the whole kitchen feels more functional. Cooking becomes quicker, shopping becomes cheaper, and you waste less food without even trying. This guide is a simple, Glassette-style approach to pantry organisation: warm, realistic, and rooted in how people actually live. No colour-coded perfection required. Just a pantry that makes sense.

How to Organise your Pantry

Spend five minutes with chef Santiago Lastra, the force behind London’s KOL, where Mexican cooking is filtered through a fiercely personal, produce-led lens. We catch him mid-service, deep in rhubarb season, talking flavour as the ultimate non-negotiable and food as an act of celebration. From spicy, fresh plates designed to make you order another round, to the quiet power of teamwork in the kitchen, Santiago reflects on patience, joy, and why the best meals are colourful, generous, and made to be shared.

Guide to Winter Hosting

Glassware is the base layer, the fun starts with the add-ons. Think glass skirts, cocktail sticks, covers and beads: tiny details that instantly make a drink feel styled. A skirt gives the glass a softer silhouette, beads add a flash of colour (and help everyone keep track of theirs), and a cover adds a little theatre while keeping things cool and crisp. Easy, elevated hosting, without overthinking it.

Styling Glassware

The shape of a vessel can transform the simplest ritual - the curve of a handle, the weight of a base, the way light moves through glass. This edit brings together mugs, tumblers and cups that are as practical as they are pleasing. Stoneware for quiet mornings, glass for water at the table, everyday pieces designed to be held and used often. Each one has been chosen for its balance of function and beauty - objects that make drinking a more thoughtful act!

Make a cup of tea, take a breath and spend five minutes with London food lover and Towpath Cafe chef Clare Cole.
