Founded in 2020 by sisters Laila and Nadia Gohar, Gohar World is a tableware universe that embraces craft, time, tradition, and humour. Designed in their studio in New York and made by family-owned ateliers around the world, the brand places a significant emphasis on craftsmanship, with each product aimed at celebrating disappearing traditions, such as mouth blown glass, various needle work, hand dipped candles, and much more. Thought of as design for the table, where as much attention should be given to dressing the table as oneself, Gohar World hopes to create rituals within the ordinary, and for their products to be heirlooms for future generations.

Something that doesn’t happen every day: the chance to own a slice of Diane Keaton’s (very) extensive archive. Earlier this month, it was announced that New York-based auction house Bonhams will spearhead four auctions spanning May and June, offering up the late Academy Award winner’s personal archive. The sales will include everything from plush furniture and, no doubt, a killer selection of hats to red-carpet Gucci looks, artwork and trinkets collected throughout her lengthy on-screen career.
