In a time of mass production Freya creates products to tackle our throwaway culture and to celebrate traditional craft, up-cycling and conscious consumption. Freya draws inspiration from both the Bauhaus and Arts & Crafts movements, which were sparked by the industrial revolution and anxieties over the soullessness of manufacturing and the loss of craftsmanship.
