Not initially a fan of beans, Amelia’s opinion was changed after a single spoonful of heirloom butter beans out of a jar during a hungover morning in Madrid, after which she realised her distaste for beans was really with the uninspiring tins and bland flavours of your typical back-of-the-cupboard can of beans.
